Corrections Policy

D2 Horadric aims to publish accurate and reliable information. When an error is identified, we review it and correct it as clearly and promptly as reasonably possible.

What We Correct

Corrections may include:

• factual errors;
• incorrect project details;
• broken or outdated links;
• inaccurate version information;
• incorrect names or credits;
• misleading wording;
• outdated availability or status information;
• formatting errors that affect meaning.

Minor spelling, grammar, formatting, or style changes may be made without a formal correction notice when they do not alter the meaning of the content.

How Corrections Are Reviewed

Correction requests are checked against available evidence, with preference given to:

• official websites;
• project documentation;
• official repositories;
• developer announcements;
• archived versions of relevant pages;
• direct confirmation from project representatives.

We may contact the person who submitted the correction when additional evidence or clarification is required.

Correction Notices

When a correction substantially changes the meaning, conclusion, ranking, recommendation, or factual basis of an article, we may add a visible correction note.

The notice may explain:

• what was incorrect;
• what was changed;
• when the correction was made.

Routine updates, refreshed links, version changes, and minor edits may be incorporated without a separate notice.

Updated and Removed Content

Content may be updated when a project changes, receives a major release, moves to a new website, or becomes inactive.

Pages may be removed or redirected when:

• the subject no longer exists;
• the information cannot be verified;
• the page duplicates other content;
• the resource creates a security or legal concern;
• maintaining the page would mislead readers.

Removal does not necessarily mean that the original publication was improper. It may reflect later changes in availability, reliability, or relevance.

Submitting a Correction

A correction request should include:

• the URL of the affected page;
• a description of the error;
• the proposed correction;
• supporting evidence or an official source;
• the name of the relevant project, where applicable.

We review all credible submissions, but we cannot guarantee that every requested change will be accepted.
