About D2RStrEdit

D2RStrEdit is a Diablo II: Resurrected modding utility for editing the game’s JSON-based string and localization files. Unlike classic Diablo II tools such as AFJ tbl Editor, which work with .tbl files, D2RStrEdit is built for the D2R localization structure under data/local/lng. It can open a localization workspace extracted from the game’s CASC files, edit Resurrected and Legacy text fields, create or rename keys, search strings and save modified JSON string data for use in D2R modding workflows. For D2 Horadric it should be listed as a Tool rather than a server because it does not provide gameplay or an online realm. It belongs near AFJ tbl Editor, CascView, MPQ Editor and other technical text/localization tools, but specifically in the Diablo II: Resurrected tool group.
