D2R Reimagined Hero Editor is a character save editor made for the D2R Reimagined mod ecosystem. It can load Diablo II: Resurrected .d2s character files, parse their data and provide editing tools for stats, skills, inventory, quests and other character properties. Edited characters can be exported as new .d2s save files, making the tool useful for offline build testing, character recovery, progression experiments and Reimagined-specific item or data workflows. For D2 Horadric it should be listed as a Tool rather than a server because it does not host gameplay or provide an online realm. It belongs near D2R Reimagined, D2Runewizard Hero Editor, D2Emu Hero Editor and Halbu Editor, but should be clearly marked as a mod-specific Reimagined editor rather than a universal Diablo II: Resurrected save editor.
