Clean Loot Filter (RoTW) is a visual loot and UI readability mod for Diablo II: Resurrected, focused on the Reign of the Warlock era. It adds icons to almost all items, replaces quality prefixes with shorter labels or glyphs, supports base quality tags for elite and exceptional gear and allows broad item colorization. The mod is designed to make loot easier to recognize at a glance without changing loot tables, drop rates or gameplay balance. It also includes language-related fixes, block chance fixes and support for most languages. For D2 Horadric it should be listed as a Mod rather than a server because it does not host gameplay or provide an online realm. It belongs near Caleb’s Loot Filter, Caedendi’s Extended Loot Filter, Light Pillars Expanded and other D2RMM loot visibility tools.
