About Diablo II SP Enhancement Mod / SPEM
Diablo II SP Enhancement Mod, also known as SPEM, is a classic Diablo II: Lord of Destruction single-player enhancement mod for version 1.13c Classic. It is designed to make solo, LAN and COOP gameplay more rewarding by increasing single-player value without turning it into a private realm. The mod adds faster progression, increased base stats, more stats per level, larger inventory and stash, stackable potions, bigger scroll books, higher gold limits, level 180 cap, reduced rune rarity, new crafting recipes, socket recipes for rare, magic, set and unique items, boosted classic runewords and increased gambling value. Later versions also support PlugY-style quality-of-life features such as shared/infinite stash, ladder-only runewords outside Battle.net, local World Event, Uber Quest and respec options. For a Diablo II hub, SPEM should be listed as a high-priority classic mod/tool rather than a server.
